The Fiji 7s team lost to South Africa 31-7 in the final of the Commonwealth Games.
South Africa dominated Fiji in all phases of the game and was leading 17 points to nil at the first half.
Fiji’s only try was scored by captain Waisea Nacuqu.
South Africa scored two more converted tries in the second half to win the Birmingham 2022 7s Rugby gold medal 31-7.
